Terms of Service

1. Eligibility:

• To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting our products.

2. Enrollment:

• To enroll in the affiliate program, you must complete the application on our affiliate portal.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Commissions:

• You will earn commissions based on sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
• Commissions will be paid according to the commission structure outlined in the affiliate portal.
• Commissions are paid on validated sales, excluding returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions.

4. Brand Keyword Bidding:

• Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand keywords, including variations and misspellings, in any paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to search engines, social media platforms, and display networks.
• Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program, and any accrued commissions may be forfeited.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

• Affiliates are encouraged to use ethical and transparent marketing practices.
• Prohibited marketing methods include, but are not limited to, using ad platforms such as: Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Twitter/X, spamming, false advertising, and deceptive practices.

6. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

7. Changes to Terms:

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Confidentiality:

• Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during their participation in the program.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
